Beginning August 1, 2023, if your application is dismissed, you will need to submit a new application and pay the appropriate fee ($300 per type of operating authority requested). If an entity’s application was dismissed after January 1, 2022, it can submit a request for un-dismissal through July 31, 2023. This will allow FMCSA to review new applications to ensure they are fit, willing, and able to comply with Federal regulations and laws.
